We just received our Trustee Objection to Confirmation due to "Student loan needs to be amended to reflect 2006 and 2007 income." We are cosigners for our son's student loan. Since the new laws suck so much why doesn't a ban of lawyers come together and figure out some kind of loop hole in the law or lobby to get the law changed again so people can start putting money back in to the economy. We pay out so much we may as well have kept paying our bills like we were without having to pay so much to our attorney and the Trustee. I co-signed with my daughter for a car 2 years before this. She let the car go back.I have a car financed at the same bank that is in my husband and my name, I went and payed the car off and they charged me 460.00 extra for the other cars fees and will not give me my title.is this legal or do they have the right to do this?
