I have a similar question as the march 2006 one about Iras.
I am retired and helping my wife without pay in her real
estate business. I have an Ira and social security only as
assets. I transfered the house to my wife about a year ago
when I retired since she was paying for it (monthly payments). Is my ira and social security at jeperty if I
file a chap. 7?
thanks curtis

Hi Jonathan,<br
